Okay all, we just had a very successful Body Transformation Contest and now it's time to raise the bar! This time it will be a best log contest.

Unlike this previous contest, this one will have clear cut winners. This is where you come into play. innovation, creativity and dedication will play huge roles in who wins AND those are left open. Will you add video, audio, or more to to you log? How in depth will it be? Will it say training was on point that day or will you give every detail? Were your meals in check or will you tell us how you found new ways to choke down a can of tuna? It's all up to you.

Wow! I ALMOST consider getting on this one. That is a minimum of $575. I know that I could blow away everyone else with my "innovation, creativity and dedication" Sort of like taking candy from babies :)
 
When would one have to start this Jay?
I've got a couple (3) weeks of the ALRI mega-stack left...
