Timing on AAKG & Whey protein

I am currently taking AAKG (NO2 brand) two hours before workout, with CEE (CE2 brand) a half hour before. I'd like to work in whey protein, but I would like to avoid blunting the effects of the AAKG. Would an hour before workout be the right time? Thanks!

I don't know if this helps at all, but I usually never follow the guidelines for when to actually take the product. Since everyone's metabolism is different, these times will vary from person to person.

I must say though, that 2 hours is stretching AAKG's beneficial properties too far, prior to a workout.

I always take my creatine/NO products together (I only use granular mixes) about 30-45minutes prior to a workout, and the effects always last through the entire workout with no problem.
