  1. CEE dosing?- research, not personal use


    Hey folks,
    I'm doing some personal research. What is the going 'recommendation' that people give/use. I don't want to get into a debate about what CEE is and what it isn't...just trying to find out what others are doing...

  2. Before doing some good researche on CEE I was taking 2-4g per day. Now I'm taking only 1-1.5g per day untill the tube is empty them I'll stop taking CEE.

    I'm using about 2 grams total. Before and during workout.

  4. 2-3g 20-30 min pre wo

    I have tried doses at 5-6g but the pump become to intense and painfull to complete training session.

  5. Are you guys taking it on an empty stomach or no?
