Here ya go guys, in easy to read Word format.
21 yrs. 5'9". 167lbs, low body fat, but lets say 10%. Planning on doing 4000 calories at 20/35/45. Is this enough, should I modify during the weeks?

edit: Forgot to add CissusRX at 6 / day every week.
My questions:
1. Am I overdoing it with the rebound reloaded? I'm not 100% on the dosing and that in relation to ramping it inverse to the Nolva.
2. Is the Jungle Warfare ok like it is?
3. How shall I modify my calorie intake?
4. What are your suggestions?
