Looks like really good results, to me, although, that would also depend on your age.

You will see different reference ranges depending on where you get tested, and some places use a different type of test. There are 4 main methods of testing for Free T levels are as follows:

Direct Analog/Radioimmunoassay (RIA)
Ultrafiltration (UF)
Equilibrium Tracer Dialysis (ETD)
Testosterone Free and Weakly Bound by Radioasssay (FWRA)

The type of test will determine the measurement & ranges your lab gives you:

Free T Reference Range - Test Type

66-417 nanogram/dL - FWRA

12.3-63% - %FWRA

5-21 nanogram/dL - UF or ETD

50-210 picogram/mL - UF or ETD

1.0-2.7% - % of free by UF or ETD

I'm guessing that since you Free-T was given in pg/mL, the reference range is 50-210.

These are some numbers I thought were helpfull

Hormone panel:
Testosterone: normal range 300 - 1200ng/dl
Free testosterone: normal range 8.7 - 25pg/ml
IGF-1: normal range 109-284ng/ml
Estradiol: normal range 5 - 53pg/ml
DHEA-s: normal range 120 - 520ug/dl

Your free test seems really high if I am reading these right.

Ohhh nevermind I see mass 69 explains it now that I have already put my foot in mouth.
