  1. Looking for a new during workout drink


    Ok I'm looking to get a during workout drink. I'm currently taking Extreme Formulations ICE with half a scoop of protein but was wondering if there was something better out there. I like ICE but was wondering if there was maybe something better now. I've been away from the supplement market for a while so I know there's newer stuff out there. Any suggestions?

  3. I second the Excell. The ICE for me was too strong of a flavor and did not dissolve all the way so it was hard to drink during a workout.

  7. i just got some V-12 Turbo from San. i am not sure what it tastes like in water but i mix the fruit punch flavor with creatine mono, glutamine, and bcaa's in some juice. it is a little sweet but has worked well for me!

  9. I use Anabolic Innovations Excell, works great, taste great, I've found that 3 scoops 1 1/2 serving per 2 liters of water works/taste good.

    I use the Excell also.

  12. Thanks for all the suggestions...I'm either going to go with the Excell or Xtend I think. I've been away from supplements for a few months now and I know how the supplement industry comes out with new stuff every few weeks and I know I'm way behind in keeping track of the new stuff. I just stick with the basics though protein, BCAAs, and I think I'm going to get a joint formula. I used to be nuts with the supplements bulk powders making my own combos of stuff etc...but I honestly found out that if I put my mind to it I do just as well without them. That and I had a bad experience with my last prohormone cycle (Methyl DX3) back in February. I'm done with them for good I believe.
