In this issue it gives the following advice for supps pre and post as follows:
1.) 30-60 min before WT 3-5g of arginine, and 3-5g of
glutamine.
2.) 30 min before WT 20 grams of Whey protein and some fast carbs.
3.) immediately post consume 5-10g of Leucine, and 5 grams of glutamine.
4.) 30-60 min post 40g of whey, 40-80g of fast carbs, and 3-5g of creatine

My question is that doesn't most whey protein shakes on the market already contain Glutamine and Arginine, not sure about the Leucine. But I consume 40g of whey pre and post. Why shell out all of this cash?

Dont waste your money. Glutamine, according to M&F, is the greatest supp to hit the planet. Your better off doing a pre and post shake of whey & oats.

Agreed, glutamine is bunk.
Try 1/2 cup yogurt, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 cup oats preworkout is amazing for energy.
