Sex hormones are low, REPRODUCTION IS SLOW

Hi guys, I'm eighteen years old, and recently (for 2 months or so) my sex drive hasn't been what it used to be, i never took steroids. Before i was nicknamed "Sperm Whale" for obivous reasons but now i am a pea shooter, my sexual reproduction organs were top notch few months back, but now they do not reproduce as quickly. I have donated blood about 2-3 months ago, i am not sure if that i responsible for the problem. I did take the Goliath Labs Ejaculoid, and it didn't do crap. MY diet is so so . I would appreciate if you guys can tell me what to take or do.

Get a blood test by a doctor to make sure before you decide to take anything, from there discuss with him your options.
 
Tonkat Ali I think is how you spell it. Worked great for libido issues with me during my PCT. I was shutdown and this really kept me pumping.
 
at 18 you shouldn't be having these issues unless other things are going wrong. Depression anxiety etc among other physical issues. Head to your doc and let them take a look.
 
He may have a deficiency in Zinc. Look at your fingernails kid, Do you have white spots on them? That indicates such a deficiency and you may want to check into getting some ZMA. What do you guys think about recommending Fenugreek and MACA as well? Also, If you're trying to pull porn star and blowing your load 5 times a day your production at 18 won't be as high as it was at 13-15. Obviously, I'm sure your ears nearly bled when you saw a hot girl at the ages of 13-15. So, Get a mulitvitamin also check into testosterone boosting foods such as, kidney beans, asparagus, and lean beef, lean chicken. Try 93% lean beef with a bowl of kidney beans. I noticed Yohimbe as well seemed to get me to blow loads as well.

At 18 - I would think it best to go to an MD and have things evaluated. Although it has been a long time since I was 18, I remember pretty well that I was not plagued by the problems you've described.
 
Ya know I've seen teens diets. They pretty much suck these days, I believe nutrition and lack of nutrients are at fault. Not an actual hormonal problem.
 
OK, but at 18 I could have eaten carpet nails and wood glue and still been like a human rain bird.

i had a couple of those... well 2 that i recall of... not at the same time, it seemed sort of like an air bubble in the fingernail or something? it eventually disappeared as my nail grew out...

i'm wondering if i might need more zinc or something...
 
Alcohol kills test levels, so like SHSUStudent said, if you've been drinking that can be a factor to consider.

Also, there are just times when things aren't operating normally for a while. I think that kind of stuff just happens.

I personally go through stages where I'm a sex maniac and then periods where I feel like I've been castrated.

Indeed. These past 10 months I've felt like I've been castrated. Why? Stress. Stress seems to really kill the libido.
Plus if you're so busy with your career, it can really be stressful. Esp. if you're firefighter, cop, jay cutler, etc..
 
i dont drink alochal because of it's estrogen promoting effects, i think it's stress and diet, but idn, im probably in the castrate mode, hopefully my test levels will spike back up.
 
Hey bro, it definetly could be stress. Have you gone through any rough times recently? I'm going through a break up, and my libido has been pretty much next to nothing.I wouldn't reccomend taking any libido boosts like fenugreek, maca, etc. until you speak with an MD. Good luck man!
