  1. BEST pre-workout supp EVER!


    Just got back from one of my best workouts ever... I can attribute most of it to my new preworkout supplement which I contest any company to beat! No, it wasnt Xenedrine EFX2RQQPi with ephedrine, or massive amounts of taurine/alcar, or even (although I wish it had been) the mega dose of ripped-methyl-poopers it was.......





















    ............

    1/2 cup 0% fat yogurt (low sugar)
    1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese
    1/2 cup dry oats
    -Mix all components and gobble 45mins - 1 hour pre-workout. You are going to love this, I swear.

    Sounds interesting but I can't do that at 5 am in the morning.

    Takes but a few moments to prepare... wakeup 1 hr early, eat, go back to bed. Wake up 5 am.

  6. ha whoops, I usually make something close to that pre-workout,

    1cup cottage cheese
    1 whole raw egg
    1/2 scoop Chocolate Protein Power
    some milk if it's too dry

    yup AMP is legit. The ingredients are anyway! i'm sure our board sponsors have put together a generic or sell the ingredients in powder

    Try with the oats, adds a nice element of low GI carbs. Put up 130 dumbells on the incline 13 times today.. all thanks to my methyl-food.

    That's ridiculous weight. I had gotten to 115 x 10 DB, I'm shrinking now because of the leg surgery. Hopefully I can shrink myself to 200lbs @ 7% and get my body ready and willing to grow back up to 230ish

    It's not bad at all! Considering I weighed in at a pathetic 188 today. UGH! I need a spot to get them up though, its impossible for me to throw them from my knees right into a rep.

    I'm in the process of cutting (without cardio) (without working out) just sitting in bed healing. curious to see how low I should go. I went a bit overboard on the test and calories again.

    To be honest, I don't know. I tried the online calculator that someone posted on here and it put me at 12.5%ish (under 13 anyway). I am just about to start a cut hoping to get down to sub 10%. I have had an interseting past 2 years, going from 220lbs at about the same BF as I am at now at which point i discovered certain things... mainly mcdonalds, beer, and online poker at which point I remained at the same weight and BF balloned up to i dunno, 20%. It has been a tough year of cutting in what I decree as a modest and intelligent manor in which I managed to put on some muscle and also shed loads of bodyfat.

  14. Never once done a prohormone or steroid either (although I do like to try out new, non-hormonal products). I'm glad this thread is getting a lot of views... just wanted people to know that you can accomplish many feats without jumping onto superdrol cycles. This is about METHYL-FOOD, not METHYL-1TEST.     oh hell no. sleep is more important for recovery. I am up at 5 and in the gym by 5:15 (live right across the street from it).

    I'll stick to my noXplode or pump juice / 17HD stack and still kick out 115 lb incline dumbbell presses for 20.

    yeah, I love my sleep.

    Definitely recover so much faster with 7.5 hours a night and even more so since I incorporated REM into my supps.

    Thanks. Definitely one of my stronger moves upper body wise. Now, only if I could get the rest of my body to be as strong as my legs.

  22. Supposed to be a testosterone booster but really only feels like a stim to me. Made by Vyo-Tech. The combo of this with either pump juice or noXplode and I tear the gym apart.
