MOLECULAR NUTRITION - X-FACTOR

Study at Baylor University demonstrates performance-enhancing benefits with X-Factor supplementation.

June 17, 2006: Jupiter, FL.
Preliminary results on a study of the safety and performance-enhancing properties of X-Factor™ supplementation (Molecular Nutrition) were presented at the International Society of Sports Nutrition (ISSN) conference this week in Las Vegas Nevada. The double-blind placebo-controlled study was conduced by the Exercise & Sports Nutrition Laboratory at Baylor University, and examined the results of 50 days of X-Factor supplementation on training adaptations and markers of general health in a group of 31 experienced resistance-trained male subjects.

Those subjects in the X-Factor group added an average of 25lbs to their bench press, which was a nearly 45% greater strength gain than the exercise-only (placebo) group. Peak muscle power also increased significantly (600% > placebo), and other improvements were noted in average power (223% > placebo), and anaerobic endurance (250% > placebo). The study also demonstrated the safety of X-Factor supplementation, with no side effects or negative changes recorded in biomarkers of health. Furthermore, the X-Factor group noticed reductions in Interleukin-6 (IL-6), suggesting a potential beneficial reduction in systemic inflammation.

Wow. Now that looks good. I am on the product now and I just love it!
