How long after ceasing use of SAN Shredded will you begin holding water again?

I have to dry out for next Saturday and Sunday.
A bottle lasts 5 days at recommended dosage.

So should I take it Wed, Thur, Fri, Sat, and Sun

or should I take it Tue, Wed, Thur, Fri, and Sat, and I will remain dry for Sunday without using it.

Depending on how low your carbs are, you shouldn't rebound too much if you started on Tuesday..

I like the product alot, but 14 caps a day on top of my usual gets old quick..
