This is a simple answer to this question, you are not ready for anabolics. At 185 if you are not growing you are not eating right, plain and simple. At 6'2, there is no way your genetic limit is 185, I just cant see that being the case. So if you are not gaining anything on a week to week or biweekly weigh in, you are not eating right. Even if you gain .25lbs a week you can be resonably sure your diet is good, unless measurements are only going up in the waist, than you know that it is still not great. But simple thing is, if you cant grow at all without anabolics at 185, than diet is not on par. Ive learned this mistake as many others have, learn diet first, it will make every cycle of anabolics that much better and worthwhile, dont make mistakes like many of us have and turn to anabolics before our diet is on check.
Post up your diet, not just what the foods are, but how much you eat of what and when throughout the day. Lets see where you are with that and maybe we can help get that on track and get you gaining again. Lastly, dont plan on 20-30lbs from a cycle. I mean its possible for 20lbs, but not of lean mass, it will most likely compose of water weight and fat gain as well, so shoot for 10-15lbs your first cycle, thats still a large amount and will definatly be noticeable when gained in such a short time.
