pro biotic ****.......anyone ever use it?peeps on animals board swear by it..........i just wonder if anyone here tried or not and what kinda reslts they got
 
If your going for a probiotic stick with Udo's brand they make some excellent probiotics.
 
I've used an array of probiotics mostly for digestion issues and I prefer primal defense. I personally know people who have used it for candida and it was effective whereas others weren't. It's worth the money but depending on your needs a cheaper alternative may suffice.
 
Haven't gotten to try Primal, but iFlora is pretty good as well. Primal d supposedly has a fairly high iron content so some people recommend caution for men.

it is indeed great stuff and above and beyond normal 'bs'(for the most part,imo)probiotics.
i believe in the science behind the primal defense probiotics and how they are formulated so they are stable and actually implant.the hso's

u know who has the cheaper alt. on A's board so do it up bro.I did months ago and have been loving it ever since.Digestion increased,feel great,benefits all around.Lasts quite a while so u get a good bang for the buck imo.

One of the overlooked essentials these days alongside a good multi and fishoil.
 
Primal Defense is good stuff.My wife has IBS and its helped her (less bloat longer pass thru time) I had the opposite problem I am now more regular than I've ever been. We both feel better (more energetic and less stressed)

I get mine from ebay. Last purchase 3 81gm containers for $42 with shipping.They sell for $35 each so I saved $60+.I highly recommend them and I have no affiliation with ebay either.
 
That's a smokin deal on the PD.

I've been trying the tablets lately and they seem to treat me fine.
