    supps for a soccer player

I am looking for a little help for soccer. I am currently taking CEE and citrulline malate, taurine, xtend, bulk BCAA's, neurostim, dextrose, maltodextrin and gatorade. Does anyone have any suggestions what I could add. I was thinking maybe USP powerFULL. I am looking for extra stamnia, power and endurance.

    5'11 190lbs 30yrs old

Well, I would definitely shy away from anything that would cause a decrease in endurance (i.e. some of the new 2nd generation designer ph/ps). I would look at some of the herbal supplements like you were thinking of. You could take powerfull from usp labs. You could also try some anagen from Scivation and possibly some c-amp, or c-2. Some of the other guys might know what is better to take for what you want, but this is my $0.02.

Thanks for the input. I appreciate it. Since you mention designer ph/ps, does Pheraplex, Ergomax or Superdrol cause a decrease in endurance?

Depends on the person. SD increases mine but can give painfull pumps making it counter productive. PP makes me lethargic unless stacked with test. Never used Ergo.

I would go with Powerfull and a low dose of ATD (Rebound XT, Nolvadex etc.)

Maybe even throw in some DHEA and Fenugreek as well.

with all of the supplements you are on now,.... why do you feel the need to add another?
just curious what your trying to supplement so we can all get an idea? what goals are you currently failing to meet?

    Hey, soccerdude!

With all due respect (I'm relatively new here), test boosters and PH's are not what this guy needs at all. Size is his enemy, as are pumps, as you stated.

THere were PH's pre-ban, and there are steroids of course, which will boost his endurance significantly, but those are generally the ones that are poor for size. And they're illegal. I don't think any of the new ones have enough feedback to justify recommending them to this guy.

He needs endurance and recovery. Clout (specifically because of the NAC, orotic acid, and beta alanine), CM, BCAA's, and lots of carbs are what he needs. Green tea actually has been shown to increase endurance, and it's cheap, so why not? Same for Cordyceps, it may or may not work, but it's cheap in bulk, so why not? The adaptogenic properties of Anagen could be a big help.

Raising test levels can increase red blood cell count thus improved endurance.

For what it's worth, I'm a poser triathlete (I participate to complete NOT compete...they help me cut in the summer) and currently take Anagen. I definitely notice an improvement with my endurance when biking and running.

Nothing wrong with competing to complete. At least you are doing! Thanks for the info.
