yeah- IT supposedly blocks the burning pain when doping lifts.
Search around some online stores, look at product. There is a write up.
I tried it once from a sample pack. I remember thinking I wish I had more to gauge effect from.

I got a couple samples and used them. Can't say I noticed all that much other than a stim feeling.....but like I said, it was just a couple samples so take my observations with that limitation in mind.
