I'm starting a new lifting regimen next week and adding Creatine, Glutamine and Arginine to my supplement sched. The only other supps I use are protein, BCAA's and some F-edra for a pre workout boost occassionally.

I would like to hear your opinions on whether I should use a product that has these blended together (suggestions welcome), or if I should just stick to buying them separately.
