I received my order of reserch chemicals from *** and its called uplfting. Is this actualy nolva and do you drink it or do you rub it on your skin as the directions say. I was under the assumpion it as to be oraly taken.

It's oral and it's what you ordered. They have their own online forum and there are several threads over there that cover all of this. You might want to check there if you still have concerns.
Again, dosing is oral and your dose should be based on your researched/chosen amount while taking into consideration the concentration of the product.
