good multi vitamin

I like Opti Men by optimum nutrition.
 
hehe...figures everyone has a different multi they like...the only one that has 2 votes is ADAM by NOW supps....

gnc seems to have sound products...especially their vitamins....but all because they have the highest values...doesnt mean they are absorbed or even broken down correctly or with maximum efficiency. i guess ill wait a little bit longer and see if anyone else posts some multi's...
 
ok guys.....ive research some of the vitamins that were suggested along with some that i just looked around for......here is 2 of them that are definitely in the running

1> adam by now

2> AST multipro 32x



i would like at least 2 more suggestions so i can compare all of them at once...but right now its a toss up between those 2....thanks

potency doesn't matter if the majority of the compound is destroyed by stomach acid. A good vitamin should have a delivery system that releases different nutients at different time during digestion.

wz.extend-life sounds good but is expensive

Apex vitamins also have a delivery system but they are not as expensive.

stupid question but....adam now says to take 2 a day with meals (plural) does that mean take one 2 times a day ???

Yep....they are spread out that way.

I take one with my 6am meal and one with my 6pm meal.

not in any order ..........alive i really dig because it has a lot of good things in it and it is all organic....concidering all the other things we put in our body its kinda feels good when u put something good in...
 
By far my favorite multivitamin is made by Garden of Life products. The vitamins are all natural and come from whole food sources. They are expensive (~$50 for 1 month supply) but well worth it imo.

oh yeah can forget bout them very much worth the price
 
I use gnc mega man, also would be good if you had to pass a drug test and your pee was diluted because these vitamins make my piss radioactive green. I just guess I need to up my water intake.

Anyone have any thoughts on centrum?
 
I'm another NOW Adam user and I must say that I'm very happy with it.

If I had the money I would use Ortho-Core by AOR - if you check out the life extension type forums all the folks there are on it, and they seem to know what they're talking about. Too expensive for me tho :sad:
