FENUGreek and MACA

Hi guys, im eighteen and im thinking about ordering maca and fenugerek, what do u guys think?

That depends. What are you expecting to gain from taking these two? Are you experiencing some sort of sexual dysfunction?

i shoot like a sperm whale to be honest, i thought that fenugreek was good to take post workout and maca just in case i gotta shoot double

I do remember reading some study on fenugreek seed helping to increase insulin release, but I cannot be entirely sure. I have never personally experienced MACA but a good friend has confirmed it performs as advertised. I guess if you really want to "shoot double" then you could give it a try, seeing as how it is relatively inexpensive.
