I currently weigh around 179-181. I am competing in a lifting contest on Saturday the 11th, where I would like to weigh 175 or a little less. I was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to achieve this temporary loss. Here is my plan so far:

*Morning cardio every day this week - 45 minutes
*Supplementing with lots of fiber to keep food from staying in me too long
*Only eating carbs post workout and post cardio

I would REALLY appreciate any help on this subject! I want to drop enough water weight to come in at 175 or 174. Weigh in is 1 hour before the lfting starts, so I plan on loading up on BCAAs and water after weighing in.

Also, would it be beneficial to take a 40-60mg dose of nolva a few hours before lifting?

Looks good. When I chop out carbs like that I can drop 5-6 pounds very quickly. Brace yourself for flatness though.

Also could try to take potassium at 99 mg 3 times a day to help get rid of some water.
