Hello everyone, I just started Excel hardcore performance M1t 6 days ago. I am 215 pounds I could lose 10 pounds of bf though. I lost 70 pounds in the year, i'm eatting right and also taking thermo's to help me lose the bf remaining. I found so far musles are getting hard, and getting a little better form. I take 1 10mg pill a day going to make it 20mg a day in 1 day. I wish to gain a little mass and get cut. I understand its only been 6 days and I am cycling 3 weeks on with M1T's, then T3's for 2 weeks, and then continue with M1T's again. I'm just wondering will this help me reach my goal, gaining a bit of mass and cutting in the long run?
