What supplements do you guys take on your day's off. Is it important to take amino acids on day's off at the same dosage and during the week and what about cee and protein? Currently I take several amino acids before workout and before bed on workout days.
I don't take amino's but if I did i would probably take them everyday. I only take my CEE and NO on days I workout... There are some staples that you should try to include everyday... especially protien supps
