You can bash it all you want, but i suggest you keep the 'hear-say' to a minimum. People are testing our www.thermolife.com 's forum. feel free to register and ask as many questions as you want.on bb.com and people do like it. We will try to get reviews and logs on
And FYI, it makes a HUGE different where and how the product is extracted and from what plant

Exactly! Finding a dosage high enough for benefits but cheap enough for the consumer is not easy!Originally Posted by jkeithc82

Well I can only speak from personal experience and when I took it it gave me no gain at all and at no stage did it feel like I was taking anything at all - and yes I really ramped up the calories and especially the protein.
I put it in the methoxy category.

I have used Natures Way SUMA and found that it gave me a hardening effect. I saw a positive effect on my skin tone. There was no gains in size. I did feel stronger, but did not go up to much in my lifts I was using an ECA stack at the time and found the combo gave me headaches. I just finished a 30 cycle of 17-HD, which contains ecdysterone. It gave me a good toning effect and decent energy. I haven't been training or dieting seriously, So I can't report any training changes. I think Ecdysterone deserves some more research. I do think the results were weak, but they were real.

However, I do recall feeling pretty sucked in by the hype and buying based on the advertisment before reading user reviews. (Which makes me feel a little naive and embarrassed, but anyway.)
You gotta admit, any product like claiming to have gains bettering d/bol should make anyone pretty wary about advertising hype.
It suprises me that anyone's supporting this product - I thought it was completely busted and dead in the water.
I certainly remember that EVERY user review absolutely canned this stuff as crap. Whats changed? Surely all these users must have used different brands and dosages?

Rumor has it that quality is directly linked to extraction method. I've been using high dose (9caps daily) of thermolife's ECDYsten during my lean bulk and put on 3lbs over the course of the first week. Since my average gains over the course of this bulk have been ~1.0-1.5lbs per week and I've not increased calories or changed food sources since adding ECDYsten, at least some of this gain is logically being attributed to the supplement. I've been keeping a log of various products during the bulk over on bb.com and must say I'm quite impressed with this one so far.
