1. BCAA, LEUCINE, CM setup

    I've decided that i'd take in 5g of BCAA during and postworkout. That would give me 5g Leucine, 2.5g Isoleucine and 2.5g valine total.

    With that, how much cm and Leucine should I add?


  2. Depends on your goals I suppose.
    Why would you add extra leucine when you are already taking in 5 grams?
    Or is that a typo?

    I just prefer to use Scivation Xtend. I know its not cheap, but the flavouring it great and it also has Glutamine added (is that what you meant??)
