cee or mag cre chelate (opinions?)
cit malate
arg ee ir di arg malate (opinions?)

i need help with doses as well as deciding if ingredients will make a noticable difference or if they're just not worth the dough. also should i use this only pre w/o or post as well? any other suggestions on ingredients would be appreciated.
ill also be using xtend during w/o and a wpi/carb shake post
ill be happy to keep a log once i get it put together if anyones interested
