here's a great bulking/ bed time/ sweet tooth recipe

1 box ff sugar free jello pudding (choc)
2 cups cold skim milk
2-3 scoops protein powder (choc)
1 cup cottage cheese
2-4 tbl spoons coconut oil (make sure its extra virgin)
4+ tbl spoons all nat pb

i make a bunch of servings at once and refrigerate for before bed. i also mix mine in a mixer instead of by hand to get rid of the chunks from the cot cheese. ill post nutrition info later, but its pretty self explanitory on high protein, high healthy fats, slow digesting etc.

all of these measurements are rough, play with the recipe a little to see what works for you


assuming 4 servings (which are pretty small) it should be

No need for the multiple posts bro. I am sure it is a great recipe, but the head clown hates multiple posts.;)
 
I believe the actual carbs that are in fat free jello pudding come from maltodextrin, so I'd avoid that if I were you.
