I have heard many of my gym buddies taking it, what exactly does it help with? does it help with mass?
Well a good creatine (ethel ester, dicreatine malate...) will give you a boost in strength and many come with arginine (contents of a nitrous oxide product) to help with a pump.well i am a football player and i am looking for strength and speed so what supplemets would be best for that? I currently work out twice a day 3 times a week and do running or bike work 2 days a week and rest on weekends
go with some plain CEE from customnutritionwarehouse or nutraplanet. whey protein is good, fish oil is good too. can't forget about your whole foods though!I have been doing some research and looking at stackting this
cell tech
glutemine (twin labs)
whey protein
fish oil caps
NOx3
you guys thoughts on this?
yup! i get the best results out of this. increased my bench by 50 lbs and squat 100 lbs in 4 months without any supplements.twice a day 3x a week!? that seems like a hell of a lot of volume.
Ya i am just using creatine during my offseason which is 7 months longOKAY.....NOxplode is great. I know there are some nay sayers but if they have ever taken the max dosage recommended this def no placebo. Any creatine of any kind can predispose you to cramps so in the gym it will def. help but on the field its probably not the best idea. When I played college ball I learned that the hard way. Cramp followed by a pulled hammy followed by missing 3 games....just my .02.
sorry i am a newb what is a split? lolawesome, post up your split in the exercise forum, i'll definitely check it out.
Would you Suggest to take anything else in the place of glutamine?Glutamine is worthless if you are getting enough protien. And since you have whey, drop the glutamine.
Thanks for the post. The above statement kinda confuses me though. It sounds like it is implying that if it had caused diarrhea it would have had a significant effect on glycogen storage. I just woke up so maybe that's why • A dose as low as 10 grams has been associated with gastric upset when consumed orally. This dose has no significant effect on glycogen storage, even if it didn't cause diarrhea.

Maybe it is just me but i am that way when I go anyways, I only about 1 hour to myself a day and I try to use it wisely. The only way to tell is to use it yourself and see what happens.I personally responded very well to No-Explode. My little (huge) brother made my first cocktail of it for me, I think he used two scoops. I wouldn't talk to anybody in the gym for about an hour. I was that jacked. The pumps for me were Ok. But the focus/speed effect were very noticable.
I give it 3 out of 4 stars with return customer.
That is probally the most retarded post I have ever seen on this site. Not only does it not state anything about what it does for you, you made yourself look like a complete ass. :nutkick:okay all of your pictures suck and you guys are fat and skinny at the same time, i don't know how that's possible but you are. Noxplode is good, very very good. I love it and just for the record these guys look nothing like me
 haha what a choad... alot of talk from someone who has a pic of a fictional cartoon character...okay all of your pictures suck and you guys are fat and skinny at the same time, i don't know how that's possible but you are. Noxplode is good, very very good. I love it and just for the record these guys look nothing like me
word...I am not going to call everyone who claims they love a stupid ass and how fat they are. That is just stupid.
I will never ever recommend creatine to an athlete that has to train in the high heats of summer.. That is death staring you in the eyes.. Dehydration is way to common with this stuff during 2 a days, especially when water breaks aer not given enough.. Skip the creatine during spring and summer camps.. Go with Amino acids or BCAA's...well i am a football player and i am looking for strength and speed so what supplemets would be best for that?
