Which delivery form for K-R-ALA

I was checking out the geronova website and they have KRALA in liquid, gel, and then some other forms. My questions is the best bang for the buck, most KRALAmg's for the cheapest price.

Mito-gold, combined with carnitine plus has been the most economical for me. Either one separately seems to be counter-productive in terms of affect. Combined they are absolutely superb!

Nutraplanet has it in bulk, 25grams for 20$. Of course, you're not going to want to actually spoon-feed this stuff, 100mg is a good dose. Still, figure how much 100mg is and then just eyeball your dose with meals.

Does nutraplanet get there KRALA from gerenova?

I was reading on another forum that yes they do get it from there, but it will be better to get a response from Nutra themselves
