I just don't see why it would be needed but hey...if you could chug it down during wo, I'm sure its not doing anything bad. Do you also drink water along with this?

There is no way I could go into lifting without eating for 3+ hours....


With the A/O stack I usually take it 30-40 minutes pre-wo and still have great effects (while eating within an 1.5 hours pre-wo)
