100% whey or a protein blend for growth?

  1. 100% whey or a protein blend for growth?

    for an everyday protein (not a night or pwo) what would be better for growth 100% whey or a blend of proteins such as whey/casein/egg or mpi/egg

  2. I would just do straight whey for 1 or max 2 shakes a day and rely on food for the rest of my protein because it's cheaper and better than casein, egg, or mpi. If you want eggs go get the egg beaters from costco, they're dirt cheap.
