HEAT and caffeine dosage info?

I am going to start taking HEAT, caffeine and maybe L-Carnitine very soon. What should be the dosage of all these through out the day?

Start off on the low end of dosing to assess your tolerance. Maybe 1-3 caps of H.E.A.T. and a little bit of caffeine and carnitine. From there, you can gradually increase.
