I dont know the amount necessary as DS wont say i dont think.
As far as i know theres 3 supps out with TTA in it. MP which has been the most effective for ppl so far but also has the most feedback. by Controlled labs, that doesnt have much feedback from what ive seen, and lipid FX which JUST came out.

yeah, i usually use the 1/4 teaspon twice for 2 grams, it doesn't mix well (clumpy), but it goes down
