M-tren is VERY good at giving strength gains but mild on the hypertrophy.
PP is very good on strength and great on mass as well, Poopy will tell you that!
H-50 is a very lean bulker with pretty good strength gains as well.
SD i didnt like to well myself as i needed upwords of 30mgs and at that feeling of crappyness i could use other things and get a better effect. But many people love SD and they say its good for strength and pretty good for size.
If i were you id go with PP,M-tren or H-50.
