I have never done kyno, but it sounds like something you would have to try for yourself as the reported results are so mixed. For less than $50 for 100ml it might be worth a shot, especially for post-cycle (do 4ml/day for 25 days).

i train race horses and use kyno on them all the time its great stuff when hoses tie up ( muscle cramps ) hope that helps
