How many Mg of CYPROHEPTADINE per day

To be on the safe side I was thinking 4mg for appetite enhancement. But what are the most productive doses?

Dosage
Dosage must be determined individually according to each personís response and tolerance. For the management of weight loss (using it to gaining weight), adults and children 13 years and older usually start with 2 mg 4 times daily which is gradually increased over 3 weeks up to 8 mg 4 times daily.

I take 2-3 a day usually, and always before bed. I've put on 10lbs a month with the stuff, I highly recommend it.
