A lil' PH Help

Aight guys I need some opinions, and I knew this was the place to come. First off I'm 25 and have been lifting for about 5 years seriously, 5 previous years was on and off. I dont post here much, but I have been lurjing hear for about a year and a half if not longer. I have a small Laundry list of PH's that I finally want to delve into. I have been holding on to 1AD and 4 ad for a long time and feel I should finaly go for it. I also have 2 bottles of e max. My plan so far is to run a 5 weeker of the 1 and 4AD. waite a few months and do a solo Emax for 4 weeks at 20 mg, and then some time next year do a emax 4ad cycle. That should pretty much tap me out. I have done quite a bit of research over the past few years, and I think im ready. As for ancillaris, I have everything, Nolva, ATD, and 6oxox. I also have celeray seed, hawthorn berry, r-ala, red rice yeast, taurine,and suma root. I will be picking up milk thistle for pct also.
As for this 5 weeker of 1ad and 4 ad do you think there is any point in taking the red rice yeast as I have not seen these compounds as being harsh on lipids, And what do you recomend for BP the hawthorn berry front loaded for a few weeks or just start the celery seed at the beggining of the cycle?
As for PCT I'm am still unsure. I'm thinking about running the nolva for only a few days with a small amount of ATD, and then cutting off the nolve, bumping the ATD and cut that back also over the course of 4 weeks. Or ill just go for weeks with the nolva 40/20/20/10, and maybe some 6oxo for **** and giggles. I have read that a few of you guys have had luck with that first option, although I know the second is tried and true!
As for the other stuff I'm not sure when to use it. The taurine I have read is good for back pumps so I may throw that in or save it for the e max cycles. Have any of you had luck with suma root, or r-ala. I currently take a lot of fish oil in so I dont think I need much mre healthy fats.

I would recommening running both for a few weeks before, to initiate their effects, during and a few weeks after.

IMO, run a full cycle of Nolva and don't mix the AI in with it, you don't need both. Whichever you do, run a full length and dose of the one, don't run a half measure of two.
 
Thanks a lot. I know that running just nolva is the basic PCT with some kind of test enhancer(trib, fenogreek). I just saw this PCT byt a few people, I even think they were on this board. The pct ran something like this

Day 1-5 40mg Nolva, and 50mg ATD
Day 6-10 75mg ATD
1-20 50 mg ATD
20-30-25 mg ATD

Seemed like people were getting good results. You are probably rightm I should just stick with what we know works. Thanks again. Any other cycle opinions would be great. Thanks!
