    actually I was thinking (I believe cheaper) to get 8 caps of AST MHC 750 (4 grams leucine, 2 gram NAC, 400 mg RNA). I think is a solid product backed by sceince as well what do u think?

  4. that much wont do you much good. if youre going to take BCAA it would be better to get bulk powder and get a good amount into your body.
