What kind of products are they?

One is a preworkout drink to maximize exercise intensity and the other is a post workout drink to maximize recovery. Could be like all the others out there or they could be better. at this point I can't even find out what the ingredients are?

yeah i am checkin on Alri's site like everyday to read whats new, i feel like i jocking big time, but then i have to remind myself, i wonder about his products because they work.

I guess thats good news. But actually I was hoping they would come out at the same time. The boost before working out is useless in my opinion if recovery is not there.
