GEE usage opinions

OK, I have used the regular l-glutamine before as such:
5 grams 1 hour before workout
5 grams mixed in with a bcaa+dextrose drink DURING my workout
5 grams post workout.

Now, with GEE should I keep the mixture that I use DURING my workout or should I just drop it out? I am mainly wondering if it is a waste since I will be using GEE now and need less.

well l-glut is a waste unless youre dosing it at about 30g a day. overall l-gut doesn't make into your system so you might aswell use it all up and never buy it again.

GEE on the other had i would just follow the directions on the bottle.
