Hey i just started using lecithin, but i cant find it in
liquid form, so i have been taking 6 1200mg caps per day
will that be enough, as i hear the recommended dose is
like 15g ed
should i buck up and take 15 caps a day or what?
Buy the granules and add them to your protein shake, it makes it smoother too.
It adds a nice buttery flavour to your shakes
i use 2 tablespoons twice daily
4 tbsp total, for an additional 140 cals in my diet
