    REALLY....

    IS THERE LESS BLOAT AND DOES IT ADD AS MUCH WEIGHTS
    WITH A REDUCED DOSAGE?

    IMO, it's most beneficial in that it doesn't upset my stomach or bowels..unless I take over 7 grams at once.

    Other than that it works pretty much the same just with fewer complications. I don't notice any bloat on it.

    Bioman do you have to take high glycemic carbs with it to encourage uptake? I have tried seaching on that and get conflicting data. I really dont want a lot of hgc in me right now lol.

    i've been on higher power's CEE and i like it a lot, good gains with little or no bloat. I read an article recently in Llewelyn's Body of Science where he lab tested various CEE products on the market, with the results posted. It was pretty interesting, 6 out of 7 samples tested failed for purity and came up with anywhere from 20-97% CM. It also has a nifty little self test to see if you have a bunk batch. Take a small cup of water and dump about 5g on the surface of the water. In a couple minutes the CEE should have all dissolved to the bottom leaving an opaque film on the bottom, if it just clumps to the bottom with little or no mixing you most likely have a batch with higher concentrations of CM. Kinda scary considering no FDA regulations on this stuff

    CEE is better for me. I'm a non-responder to monohydrate, but CEE works. I actually mix it 50/50 with di-creatine malate.

    I'm a 50/50 guy as well. I'll pick up a couple/three lbs of dry weight, size and volume when using.

    Unfortunately, most CEE is already 'mixed' with other creatine salts or monohydrate. Many CEE product distributors/sources are just selling a bill of goods.



    Now, if you happen to get a quality, pure or nearly so, CEE product, then I think you can expect much of the benefit of creatine supplementation without some of the negative effects people sometimes experience.

    Personally, I didn't notice anything...and mono was actually better for me. Di-creatine has worked the best...

    I'll give CEE a thumbs up. pumps were great, no bloat. I could feel the difference first dose. mono bloats me. thats all I feel from mono.

    I've had slightly better strength gains off of CEX (which is Creatine AKG & CEE) but it tastes like sewer water mixed with battery acid. I recommend caps only if you do CEX, but the money isn't worth the results I got from it.
