Huge scoops, too much for one meal IMO. Not enough protein per serving for me in the end. I gave mine to a liver transplant patient that needed the extra calories.

I haven't tried it but after reading what Jonny wrote I agree. And that's the same with most weight gainers. The vitamins you can dismiss right off hand because a good multi provides all that. Then if you want to get some good calories add 1.5 cups of thick rolled oats (not that instant chit) 2 scoops of your own protein and about 2 heaping tablespoons of flax powder and even some peanut butter. I love to add the Laura Scudders nutty kind in.
