About to start my cycle of Creatine Hp, need help.....

Startin my 8 week cycle today, with phosphagen HP from EAS. It does not specify, wether or not it can be taken with food or not. I will of course be loadin for the 1st few days but im wonderin if i will decrease the absorption if i were to take with food. Supposedly it has its own delievery. Thx!
