Ok, i really have no idea where to post this, but here it goes.
When school starts up and track season comes around we have a weird workout schedule. No from what everyone on here says, you should do cardio AFTER your lifting. We do team lifting right after our track workouts, when our cortisol would be at its highest. Now would it be helpful to take a Lean Extreme right after the track workout as to keep my cortisol lower during my lifting? Keep in mind im usually on the track from 3-430/5ish.
