I've heard good things..but it isn't for me that's for sure. I felt like I was on speed... Super lightheaded and dizzy... I'm drinking 1gal/day of water so I know it wasn't that.

Did u start off with two or three scoops, I did about two and a half the first time and felt way to amped, start off with one scoop and build up, makes a big difference. No-explode is now my favorite preworkout stim.....
i tried noxplode few months ago.. it was CRAZY. the first day i used it the scooper was so far down in the jar i just decided to use a different scooper cause i was so lazy. turns out i took the equivalent of about 4 scoops and i was sooooo friggen amped. eventually got the original scooper out, and the product worked great.
I like using it but find the effects much more subtle. It doesn't get me amped up or cause diarrhea but I swear it keeps me focused. Could be it's all in my head but then again thats where it needs to be.
I've finished a tub, I like this stuff as a pre-WO stim. But, with the (large from my opinion) amount of caffiene, it's not effective as an NO or creatine product.
Caffiene inhibits absorption of creatine and counteracts the NO products.
I'd love if that made a caffiene free version, just with some more nootropics.

It constricts blood vessels, but arginine supposedly dialates.

Yeah jmh, the lady at the supp. store said the same thing, but I figured because of this there probably wasn't too much caffeine in it (since it doesn't say how many mg).
I used ONE scoop and felt this way... I never drink caffeine. I guess my body was too sensitive to this. Hopefully I can return it or sell it.

It feels like alot, 200 mg or so. I don't like that they don't list it.
Omega - I call uncle. So, it helps with Arg. I know it does not help with creatine. So, I say, the caffeine should go from the product.
(Not to mention ALRI's studies he posted saying that arginine and citrulline were also bad to couple w/ creatine.)

insulin rise would increase uptake

The effects of caffeine on creatine and NO products have been greatly exaggerated. Patrick Arnold discussed this somewhat recently WRT caff/Cit Mal specifically, and said there was no problem using both at once, and, if anything, the caffeine and citrulline malate may be synergystic.

could have over looked the citrulline though
Yep, even Patrick Arnold alluded to the fact that methylxanthines (caffeine esp.) provide a synergistic effect when combined w/ NO2 products, especially citrulline malate in a post on the musclegurus forum.

Caffeine does not constrict blood vessels, I think you are confusing it with ephedrine.

I trained twice a day for 3 hours a day, and took one scoop of NO-XPLODE before each session. I have to say that it gave me a lot more energy and I didn't get as mentally tired as I would normally. I'd like to say it helped recovery as well but I can't tell since I never trained 6 hours a day before taking this stuff.
