Could someone please tell me the different types of fat loss supp and what they target specifically etc.

I dont mean a big list of products and what they do (unless u wanna do it that way ). I've read things like Thermogenic doohicky and Nutrition Partitioners but i have no idea what they do and what the difference is.

I feel this information could be usefull for firstly myself in my willingness to learn, but also for those peoplse looking to buy fat loss supps who may end up buy 2 different products that actually target the same areas and do the same things.
