Gamma oryzanol in a liquid form. A guy at the teen nationals show gave me a real good deal on a bottle, and told me to call him and he would give me my money back if i didn't see results, also hooked me up with a free tank top. Anybody have any info on this product at all?

"Some evidence suggests that gamma oryzanol increases testosterone levels, stimulates the release of endorphins (pain-relieving substances made in the body), and promotes the growth of lean muscle tissue.1 Supplementation with gamma oryzanol for nine weeks did not influence exercise performance in male weight lifters.2"

This is one of the notorious scam supplements from the '80s, along with boron. It has done diddly for people over several decades of being on the market, and was considered a joke supplement even 20 years ago. I remember Bill Phillips (pre-Body For Life, pre-MM2k, even pre-newsletter) gave it the lowest rating in his self-published supplement review guide.

Kind of funny that everything comes full circle again, for a new generation of bodybuilders who have never heard of it.

Even Joe Weider pushed this stuff back in the day. I think he even went up market with a improved version called "FRAC".
How to improve on something that did nothing ?

And yes I was gullible enough to buy some.
