is taking trimax on an empty stomach before a workout ok[stickies arnt too clear on this]so far been taking with food with no problems,just hope my heart wont jump out of my chest during workout.:gore:

take it with or without.. i take whilst on a empty stomach.. however.. just remember to eat while on it .. or it woooont woooork as well
