Ok Ive seen a couple places where potassium seems to be doing bad things to supps and zinc.
Is this more towards people taking big potassium doses to dump water, or just normal dietary intake? I drink low sodium V8 juice a couple times a day ( which uses potassium chloride instead of sodium chloride ) and OJ also. Is that enough potassium to mess up body chemistry?
