What are some supplements that would help increase cardiovascular performance? Increase oxygen utilization? Increased red blood cells? Etc.?
It should help. The recommended dosage is 6 grams (3 grams, 2 times per day [one time being 15-30 minutes pre-workout]). I'll see if I can find any other good stuff for you.builtolast said:Hey thanks alot! I've been researching different ways to fight fatigue while jogging, and this just may be it.
It would probably be best. You could mix it with other free-form amino acids and be fine though.Grant said:Do you need to take it on an empty stomach, I have a bottle of OX I havent taken yet.

bioman said:Ditto on these. Rhodiola in particular is pretty amazing. All three of those mixed into a stack and capped and taken about 4 times per day will really improve cardio efficiency a lot.
I've been using it for most of the summer during field work and hiking around this year has been SOOOO much easier than usual. I do some pretty strenuous stuff by anyone's standards..3-10 miles at a time with 1500 to 2000 foot gains and losses in elevation, so I really do think the claims of Rholdiola's hypoxia buffering abilities are true. Normally I "gasp" for air a lot but not this year.
Stacked with CM..it's all a winning legal combo.
